By accessing or using Calmkeep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Calmkeep (the “Service”), operated by Gallop Poetry LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Calmkeep provides an external runtime layer designed to structure interaction with third-party large language models. Calmkeep:
- Does not modify model weights
- Does not alter training data
- Does not store user prompts or model responses
- Operates as an orchestration layer
- Requires users to provide their own Anthropic (Claude) API key
Claude API usage is billed directly by Anthropic under your own account. Calmkeep does not resell API tokens.
3. Accounts & API Keys
Access to Calmkeep requires a valid subscription and a Calmkeep API key. Using the Service also requires a valid Anthropic API key supplied by you. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity under your subscription.
4. Subscription & Billing
Calmkeep operates on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of your billing period. Claude API usage is billed separately by Anthropic.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Trial Period
If a trial is offered, access during the trial may be limited. If you do not cancel before trial expiration, billing begins automatically.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
- Circumvent subscription validation
- Interfere with system integrity or availability
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities
7. No Content Storage
Calmkeep does not store user prompts or model responses. Users are responsible for their own data handling practices when using the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party systems including Anthropic, Stripe, Supabase, hosting providers, or internet infrastructure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallop Poetry LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Calmkeep in the preceding 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
11. Contact
Refund Policy
Calmkeep subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Gallop Poetry LLC.
Claude API usage is billed separately by Anthropic and is not refundable through Calmkeep.
